Mom Babe Return Policy

Every Mom Babe piece is made to order just for you — which means we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. We know that's different from big box stores, and we appreciate you understanding what it means to shop small and handcrafted.

However we've got you covered if something goes wrong:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we will make it right. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery at Shopmombabe@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll send you a replacement or a full refund. No stress, no hassle.

Lost or undeliverable packages: If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we can issue a refund for the product cost only.
